Registration

Online registration for the 2009 Colloquium is now open. Payment can be made either by check or by credit card. No purchase orders will be accepted this year. For those opting to pay by check, the check should be made out to CISSE, and mailed to:

Registrations will only be considered complete once full payment has been received.

Conference Registration Deadlines and Prices

Early Bird Registration by April 1st 2009: $375 for full conference.
April 2nd 2009 - May 2nd 2009: $425 for full conference.
After May 3rd: $450 for full conference.
One-day rate: $175
Awards dinner only: $75

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all registrations. To cancel your registration and request a refund please contact the Colloquium Registrar (Barbara Belon, bbelon@belon-rp.com)

100% refund for Colloquium registrations cancelled prior to May 1st 2009.
80% refund for Colloquium registrations cancelled May 1st through May 15th 2009.
No refund for Colloquium registrations cancelled after May 15th 2009, except in extreme circumstances.
You are responsible for ensuring that any hotel reservations are also cancelled, and for any cancellation fees that may apply (see the venue page for details)

At any time prior to the start of the Colloquium, registrations can be transferred to another attendee for no charge. Please contact the Colloquium Registrar (Barbara Belon, bbelon@belon-rp.com) to make such a transfer.

Special Dietary Requirements
